Our Christmas menu is brought to you in partnership withChef Stephen Midgley, who has worked across the board in many toprestaurants, including Grado which was a fabulous multi-award winning contemporary Spanish restaurant designed by none other than big boss Roger

Stephenson OBE.

​

The CHRISTMAS BUFFET is available to book for lunch or dinner Monday - Friday from 10th November until the 30th December.

goose fat roast potatoes, beef fat chimichurri

pork, sage & onion stuffing wellington

parmesan roasted sprouts, sour cream herb dip

honey roasted carrot, cumin & lemon hummus

roast breast of smoked turkey

marmalade roasted, bacon loin

stilton quiche, port jelly

charred winter cabbage, caesar dressing, croutons

Our CHRISTMAS BUFFET is ONLY available for advance bookings for parties of twenty up to eighty people, to be paid in advance, and is subject to

availability. Any dietary requirements are required seven days following booking confirmation.
